We want you to love every Jade Noire piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to assist with easy returns or store credit options.

•Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
•Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
•Sale items, beauty products, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

• We offer store credit for eligible returns.
•Store credit will be issued as a digital code sent to your email and can be applied toward any future Jade Noire purchase.
•Store credit does not expire, allowing you to find the perfect piece at your convenience.

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@jadenoire.com to initiate your return for store credit.
2. You will receive a prepaid return label via email.
3. Pack your item(s) securely and attach the return label to the outside of your package.
4. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location.
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your store credit within 3-5 business days.
